About eight years ago, I was taking an extrication class for our EMT certification. We went into the local impound yard and started tearing into a surplus black & white. It was a decent car with all the glass ect. After we had finished totally demolishing the car. Someone drove in, looked at the car, and said that it belonged to a retired police officer that was going to take possession of it the next week. OH WELL ! ! Tom
