NP201 Transfer Case Question

The NP201 transfer case on my 59 PowerGiant W100 was leaking badly. I took it in to have it sealed up. Turns out the bearings were bad and upon dismantling we found alot of pitting on the shafts. We've had a terrible time finding replacement shafts. What are my options here? We found bearings and seals but no shims. I'm looking at sending it to a machine shop.
