Those controls are right onto the axle and there's a load of shafts and linkages missing, plus a different gearbox.
On the plus side pretty much all the missing parts are available on any Weasel hulk you can find, so this thing plus one hulk would make a usable vehicle if the price was OK and the tracks would work....?
