Dave more info on your 48 body tag...

I tried the number your build card gave, and it fits.

4312-7589

The next 48 I have is:

4312-7865

If you take the differance, your trucks cab is 276 before the 7865 truck, and your vin is 176 before the truck with the 7865 body tag.

The engine number is 272 apart.

That is pretty close!

I wonder why the VIN and body/engine numbers are 100 apart.

Just a bit more interesting info I thought I would share.
