It may have been down when you checked (I doubt it), or maybe your broswer does not default to the index page, try this:

I don't know anything more about it, a guy I know looked it over and claimed it was not in great shape, and had the wrong motor, bed, etc.
That is all I know.
Maybe someone on the forum is close and can check it out for you.
