Engine Identification????

I've come acroos a supossed '51 Power Wagon for sale with the Engine #: (diamond)P25(star)43I992(star). According to the standard catalog of 4X4's for the '51, the starting engine # is T137-001.
Another clue is the front springs are eight leaf instead of eleven leaf. The rear springs are the correct fourteen leaf.

Could this be a military chassis with a civilian cab?
