What is this truck worth?

I found this truck on classifieds2000.com. He's asking $1200 firm. Is it worth it? I'll probably drive up to Santa Fe, NM this weekend to have a closer look. Just looking for opinions...

P.S. Anyone else from New Mexico? If so any leads on other PW's?
Looking for any year, prefer a hard top. There has to be at least ONE more.
