questions about brakes and parts for 54 C1PW

I would like to replace the rubber brake hoses on my
54 Power Wagon. So far, all my local parts suppliers come up
empty handed. Can anyone point me to a place to buy these 3
hoses? (One on the back axle and 2 on the front axle.)

I would also like to consider converting my brake system to
a dual master cylinder system. Has there been anything published
regarding a conversion such as this?
