Ok you guys this question has to come up sooner or later, so it might as well be now. I really need to get more speed and gas mileage out of my truck. I read in a magazine that there is an overdrive called the ranger II torque splitter that works good on a power wagon. The question is, how does this work, how well does it work, and in what noticible ways does it hurt the integrity of the truck. Also how much does something like this cost? What other ways are their to make it more efficient? I know some people put in bigger engines but I don't really want to do that and also it doesn't seem like it would work all that well considering the transmission, at the max speed it sounds like that transmission is spinning very fast, isn't there a limit on how fast they can spin?
