Yep, I agree with your comments about people getting into their "rant" sessions, and maybe that kind of influence is bigger in Consumer Reports than I realize.
Also, I agree with your comments regarding the need to find a good dealership.
Thanks for the info! Like I said, I'll take a look at the J.D. Powers site. I just haven't had a chance to do that yet. Life's keeping me awfully busy these days....I guess that's good, though.
