My Pop had a '71 D-100 long bed in the bright Yellow and Black vinyl top (not a 'DUDE'), and it's a tough call between that one and his '67 D-100 which was the best, but that 383 in the '71 was awesome. He went through 2-3 Trannies and a few rear axels with that motor.
