Yeah, my Carryall has a metal frame around the door glass, so I guess I'll be OK. I thought maybe there was something I was missing.
I am also building a WC trail rig(pictured). I'm not planning much of a body though, I'll be happy with just a mobile chassis.
Your Dad's rig ought to be cute and manuverable on that short wheelbase.
