I was told by VPW when I wanted to buy a new arm to go thru mine they were out but replacing them is allmost a joke because they will rust right up again. What I did was, split my manafold and opened it a little bit to get some heat and never had a problem. Yours must be closed tight not letting any heat up. If you can move the arm you are doing good. If it is froze up you might want to split the manifold and do it right because you can twist the end off. You can also break the plate off the rod. Mine was so tight no way could you move it and I had to forse the plate open a little and the rod did not turn. So be carefull don't get carried away or it could break off and you will need to buy a new lower section. Mark H.
