The problem with Attglobal is that if you filter the spam and dont down load it, eventually your mail space at att will fill up and not allow more email to come in. I have found what seems to be the best for me. I go to Att and look at my web mail. I can kill anything I dont want to down load, and never open it to do so. Then I only down load known emails.
