1959 w300m found w/ 10 miles

on odometer. Going through a small town and noticed it in the front window of an old Dodge dealership that has been out of business for years. The old timer that used to run it was still around. He's being kind of greedy though. He still wants the full sticker price even though the battery is dead. Also its blue and I always wanted a green one. How can he except full sticker price for a truck that old, plus the tires need air too.
I'm waking up from my dream now. Anyone else have one like that
