Master cylinder replacement for Bear

1959 W-100 Poly 318

Looking to upgrade the original master cylinder to a newer style. Is a bolt-in replacement avalilable without a lot of engineering? It would be great if I could order something from Napa without spending a day in the junkyards.

I am replacing all the brake lines and would like to update this as well.
