It's a WWII dodge 1/2 ton ambulance,
note the rear bumperettes,the extentions above the bumperettes,to support the body.
Look at the center of the floor panel,hand brake/one lever for the transfer/looks like a hand brake handle as well.The engine could have been changed,but if it wasn't its a clue as well. Rick
