Hood Name Plates

The 1963-68 parts books lists 3 different hood name plates for the POWER WAGON emblems. The top picture is from my '56 and the bottom is from a '67. According to the book the 2nd style started sometime in 1964 (after 1366192). Does anyone have a picture of the 3rd style, 1968 and up (after 1780000)?

1968- ?: 2833 447, 2833 448
