I have built two pole barns. The ones I built were modular based and could be lengthened by 16 foot intervals. The plans for the pole barn were a few dollars from the USDA through the local agricultural extension agent at the county seat. I built each one 24 X 48 for less than $3,000/each by getting local lumber, etc.
Build it bigger than you think you will need. You will not be sorry.
