I've used them on my trailer for several years, but the spring shackles and pivot points wear fast. The wiring to the electric brakes is flimsy at best, and the brakes aren't very durable. Unless you change the hubs, you can only use the 14.5" tires, which aren't meant for long term use. You would be much better off to buy a set of standard axles with electric brakes already installed for your conversion, and the money difference won't be too great either.
