Cab mounting question

I am finally getting ready to put the cab back on my 49 pw project. I have the body manual but that has limited info. I have two new wood blocks, 4 rubber square washers the bolts, nuts and 3 springs.
I know the front left bolts down hard. what of the other 3. Does the front right get no wood spacer?
Sorry, its been 1 1/2 years and did not note when I took it apart.
What goes where?
