Bearing tools. Help wanted!

Does anybody have a bearing socket for the outer wheel bearing for the bearing adjustment nut on the left rear axle? Could I barrow or purchase one in the Portland Metropolitan area of Oregon?

Mine is bound up and I do not have the proper socket to fit. I need to fix it because I drive the often.
