I'm North West of Ann Arbor and Work in Dearborn. I looked at the Army Surplus Store at Telegraph and Ford, they had the Blitz Brand can for $40. They did not have the PW mounting bracket though.
On Line I've seen the Can's for $36 and the bracket for $17.
