I remember one time in the '60's I went with Dad in the Power-Wagon five miles to the nearest filling station to buy gas during a local gas war. We took three 55 gallon barrels and filled them up at 17˘ per gallon. Gas prices jumped 7˘ here on Tuesday. Will get some cheap gas Sunday on I-81 coming home from the Shenandoah Valley.
Gas is generally 10˘ to 12˘ cheaper up there. Go figureż?ż?
