Can anyone ID the year of PW from other numbers??

I got some numbers off a first series PW that is several hours away from me, and I wanted to label the truck with the correct year.

Here are the numbers I have:

Engine number T137 14247

Small tag 4312-13914

I figured while we were on the subject of numbers I would see what could be done.

This truck had no rims, no winch, no generator, and no starter motor, so I was at a bit of a loss to find a year on it. I did not have a wire brush with me, and so I could not get the frame clean enough to read the VIN there. The big tag was missing.

I know if I looked closer there may have been a engine casting date, but I did not look that close.

I am guessing that only the engine number has any chance of being IDed, but I included the small tag for kicks.
