Way off topic maybe. I need to find a 1939 Alaska license plate. Don't really care if its truck, car, or farm. Condition not all that critical either - needs to be readable. My brother needs one to complete his set of '39 plates from every state plus Canada, Mexico, and PR. Doesn't have one from the NW Territories because they didn't issue plates until '40. My brother found a copy of of the Captain's report for Operation Deep Freeze '77 pics and everything. Need to try and repay him.
