Flatfender tranny part question

I have a 52 B-3 with the "after" non synchro.
Before reassembling (due to some wear on the gear teeth) I would like to replace with NOS the following gears: #21-10-78 and #21-15-2. I have a quote from VPW (for the first one- they don't have the second). I was wondering if there is another source for a quote for these civilian PW gears. Dave at Job Rated does not have them.
Second question- did the military ever use the non synchro (after) type transmission, and if so can I get the military #'s?
