Todd, After 26 years as a Meat Cutter I can sharpen a knife . I have a "Three Way Stone " sharpener with coarse, medium, and fine stones. Use this with a hand held steel and you will have a very sharp edge that is ready for most everything , even a GOOD shave !, Ken
