Remove the guts from your stock oil bath air filter and use a Fram CA-148 element. I've done this to an old oil bath filter with good success. I kept the original oil bath air filter to use when not off roading. Personally, I believe the oil bath filter works better than a paper element type. My only problem with the oil bath unit was oil spillage when the truck is used in steep conditions.
