This article is hopping all over the country taking small incidents to make a point.

Cumberland County NJ and the Pine Barrens are about 30 miles apart. If you ever drive down the Atlantic City Expressway to the casinos you drive right through it.

They are leveling off all of the roads becuase people kept breaking down or getting stuck in there.
