It's an exhaust brake made by Jacobs and warranteed by MOPAR the same as the Cummins. It is not a compression brake that uses the valve train like in the OTR rigs. Mine works great up to the 26,000 pound weight I limited myself to so I would not have to register with DOT and have a CDR.
