The setup you are refering to, is for the Early Dodge Snow Fiter trucks from about 68-79. They used a Meyer Snow plow setup that did have the modified power steering pump. The Resivoir was located on the fenderwell, and had hoses running to it. My '77 Snow Fiter had this setup, and it worked OK as long as you kept the belts tightened on it.
