should be a bolt 2 of them for each snubber. You might have to clean some of the crud that builds up on the frame. It is screwed on from the bottom through the "snubber" and splash shield, the frame has threaded holes looks like it is 1/2 inch. The holes are 5.25 inches apart center to center.
