Can anyone suggest the best way to fix a broken hinge on the 48 Power wagon butterfly hood? The hinge is shot and the hoot is in two pieces.

The truck has Delta Deep lug non-directional tires 7.5x16 8 ply Nylon with split rims. Can anyone suggest where to get replacements? Are tubes required?

Old gas tank. Does anyone recommend having it sealed? Is the in tank fuel indicator mechanical or electrical and how easy is it to repair?
