NEED HELP WITH BRAKES

I HAVE 3 WORKING M-37S AND ABOUT 5 NOT WORKING. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT THE BRAKES. NONE OF THEM HAVE BRAKES. DO I NEED TO JUST BLEED THEM OR REPLACE THEM.
