Front disk brake conversion kits?

Most of us have heard about the M-37 kits that really sound cool. I am looking for a way to put disks on the front wheels of my '68 W200 Power Wagon. Does anyone out there sell a kit? If not, is there a technical article on how to do it yourself? Is this a "bolt on project" or does it take a lot of machining and fabrication?
