Original wood flatbed inofrmtation for B1 series PW

My '48 has a stake-side flatbed made of the traditional wood with metal dividers and a perimeter frame. Does any one have pictures or any kind of information as to what Dodge offered, or if they even did offer, a true stake-side bed?
