Yes! Dodge Sourced those engines from IH. Ford used some bigger IH engines in their bigger gasser trucks as well. I dont remember if Dodge and Ford used the same IHC engines tho. As far as I know, the 440 never came in nothing larger than a 1 ton..except the W400 of the later 70's which the W-400 was a beefed up W-300 rated at 1 1/4 ton.
