It was hard not to notice Dana. He has always been a stand out.

Here he is at his first POWER WAGON event, the 1998 Texas POWER WAGON Reunion held in Kempner. His was one of 38 Dodges attending that year.

This picture shows that, while some of us have a "checkered" past, Dana's was clearly striped.

We are all glad to have you as one of us and are happy to call you "friend."

All that having been said, you are not unique among the many POWER WAGON enthusiasts in many countries. Your story with minor variations is my story - and the story of each of us. You said it well when you said, "friends for life" since our friendships will last as long as our venerable trucks.
