They are there on and off.
My ISP is playing games (they don't want customers using the bandwidth they advertise (hosting web sites) w/o paying a premium).
The archives came back earlier this evening and will (probably) be up the rest of the weekend.
I do need to put up the last batch Joe uploaded, but there are 100+ forums out there.
