Your price range is huge. If you look about 2 posts back there is one for $22,000. Some guy has been advertiseing widely to sell an M37 for $40,000 that he claims to have spent $100,000 on,?? if that is even possible. I have found them behind a barn in a goat pasture for $100. So there is the range. Sometimes you can find them for $2000 to the range Henry said in running condition. Body condition is everything. Hardest parts to find are excellent windshield frames (they often rust out because they capture water), Tailgates (they get left off and lost or torn up), rear fenders (rust or severe damage being like the tailgates closer to the buisiness end) then boxes themselves. The cab floor boards get bad but they are being reproed now. Always check the cab mount bolt area next to the floor boards where your feet would go, they will rust there too. Don't worry about the hard parts and drive train. They have a high survival rate so there are alot of them around. (back of my barn is full of them). The engines were widely used as industrial and the parts can be bought off most part store shelves still today. In all probability there are PWs to be had right near you, so don't buy the first one you find 3 states over. Believe me they are out there. You have to dig. Find one you like, get the price and report back on this forum with it's condition and any number of good enthusiasts will help you with the price. Good luck and good digging!
