How much does a restoration cost?

I own a Town Wagon W100 1964. It is in running condition but the body is very rusted. I want to repair it anyway because I have all the stuff to do it... I have the brakes to repair too and maybe a couple of little other things. I want to restore it to a diveable condition (not a show cond.). What is a basic amount of money it will cost me?
