Mike...I just put a deposit down on a house in Jerome 2.6 acres and 2.5(yes a half a building) outbuildings today so instead of being 8 miles away I'm only 3 now.
I'm going to move my operations out into the sticks so I can get some work done without salesman bothering me or people wanting to know about all the Dodge trucks parked out front.
