Good find Bob!
Sometime in the mid 60's 5 lugs started showing up on the 100's, but the axle was still a Dana 44, you could still get the 8 lugs and 200 spring pack by ordering a "heavy half". Dodge always has wanted their trucks to outrate the competition.
