Drag Link Plugs, How Tight ?

I have rebuilt my drag link (WM-300) with new springs, cups etc. No where in my Dodge Shop manual can I find a spec on how tight to tighten them. Does any one have the spec? Please no guess as my whole world rides on the Ball Joint not hopping out of the cups.
