1942 WC53 Carry All

I have a 42 WC53 that I recieved from my uncle. It is in bad need of restoration but think it would be really cool to do. How rare is this truck. I know it still has all the original drive train including the flat head 6 and 2 speed rearend. Any information would be appriciated. Mike McKeethen
