I'd be very interested in hearing how that one works. I've seen it in their catalog and thought about getting one since it's totally simple and pretty cheap. However, most of the stuff JC Whitney sells these days is poor quality and brakes are one place where I don't want to put in some cheap thing that might blow out 10 years from now when I stomp on the brakes hard. Does it look like a decent-quality unit?
