Sorta OT..Identifying an International V8

I have this bastardized 1/2 ton Carryall here at last....it has a big old International V8 stuffed in place of the correct Dodge 6. I don't know yet if the engine is seized or not.

But I'm trying to identify it. It has the distributor (or rather, the hole for the dizzy) in the front, on the passenger side. Big radiator outlet compared to the Dodge. Spark plugs angled back. International on valve covers looks like late '60s or '60s. Big-ass oil filter on left, up in front.

I don't know where to look for a serial number. Any help, forums, etc. is appreciated!
