brake line/frame support - 54 c1 pw

all pictures of frame show main crossmembers but no smaller crossmembers for rear brake line, gas tank, or bed. Does anyone know what the smaller crossmembers are made of, their exact location and how they are supoosed to be mounted to the frame? Page 27 of the repo owner's manual I got from VPW shows two additional members
