All-Trac differential lock for PW's

I was rummaging through some parts I bought a while back. I found a Diff lock kit apparently sold by John H.Zentmyer .
The accompanying documentation is dated rev. 2-86 . It lists the price as $245.00 plus 6.5% Ca. sales tax. My question is who knows anything about these. Were they any good? And are they still being made?, I'm guessing not but I could be wrong.
